“The height is a bit questionable to me. My counter is 37" most all stoves, Ive looked at are 36.25 so Im not sure if this will be to high as there is an electrical plug in right there.”

The height to top of chassis (not top of burners) in front is 35.9". The height can be adjusted up or down using the adjustable legs by about 0.5" either direction as well.
