“Is this light suitable to be used as a reading light if all other lights in room are off?”

• It would all depend on where they were mounted . . . I would think that if they were mounted directly above (and a little behind?) the seating position where you were reading that they might well be able to serve that purpose

• NO LED light strip would not be good for reading, way too bright. This is not a room light strip.

• This has a multiple setting. I like it. I think it would serve the purpose. If not, there are can be many more uses for it. I have mine under the cabinet over the kitchen sink.
