You cannot plug this into a phone wall plug. A phone jack is RJ-11. An Ethernet jack or internet plug is an RJ-45. This is a usb hub and it needs plugged into a computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure why you would need to plug this into a wall plug except for using it to expand your device charging situation for additional ports. It would probably make more sense to just use a new wall charger. This USB hub is designed to plug into any USB port so that multiple devices can use the single "host" port. Yes, those devices will also get charged as capable, so it should accommodate a wall plug for the same function - but I have not tried it.
