• Yes! My wife and I lived in Belgium until recently and we used it both at home every day and all over Europe on our travels without any issues. Just used an adapter, and Voila! Transferred back to America and it works on 110 current equally.

• This device requires AC power at 0.5 amps at 100 - 240 V and 50-60 Hz. You will need to confirm if were you are going matches that. 0.5 amps is a low draw and would not be a limiting factor.

• Yes, it will work with an adapter. It uses 120-240 input voltage, so you don't need a voltage converter. Frankly, though I bought a multicharger in Europe and the quality is much better.
