“What is the factory warranty on this tv? Does the manufacturer warranty cover both parts and labor? I live in Oklahoma City, is there a place locally to get it serviced? Can I bring it to best buy or do I have to ship it to the manufacturer?”

• 1 year. If something was to go wrong you can take it to best buy and geek squad will handle it seeing it is best buys brand.

• If you have the geek squad warranty you can take it to Best Buy. If within a year of purchase I'm sure best buy will help with getting manufacturer to warranty the TV.

• Insignia is Best Buy's brand so Best Buy will definitely handle any service issues for you. I've had one issue with an insignia tv and they took care of me promptly and with a lot of courtesy.
