“Motion smoothing feature, and can it be turned off? Does this Insignia 40" TV have the motion smoothing feature that most TVs have these days, and if so can it be turned off? I've seen other HDTV's with motion smoothing turned on and I very much dislike the way it looks. I'm looking for a new TV and I'm considering this model so if it has motion smoothing and it can't be turned off then that would be a deal breaker for me. Thanks.”

• it does have the feature and yes it can be turned off. It is a completely unneeded feature.

• Hi, This TV does not have that feature. It is 60Hz. You need to go "higher end" for that.

• doesn't have anything like that. I simply turned the tv on and plugged my chrome cast to one of the two hdmi input, selected HDMI2 from the INPUT remote button. been watching ever since.
