“Does having a cable plugged into headphone jack disable the digital optical audio out? I just got this TV and will be hanging it on a wall in the RV and will need to use headphones at times but will also be using a soundbar connected by optical cable.”

To answer my own question, the digital audio out does stay active when headphones are plugged into the headphone jack.
