- Answer Go to settings on your main screen. Go to display and sounds go to accessibility and you will see closed captioning. If you're watching youtube and see them sometimes the YouTuber has closed captions on so there's not too much you can do about it

- Answer Sounds like you've saved yourself some money and time. I purchased this TV for my mother as a gift and the television picture went out after several moths of use. Getting it replaced with the protection plan wasn't easy either. Since the TV is under 55" you have to bring it into a service center and then come retrieve it from the same place. The end result was me receiving a gift card because the no longer had the TV available. So I ended up spending more on a Better Brand that will last for years (LG)

QuestionCannot get universal remote to pair with new tv. Original remote was never used on this tv. I can only get past the language choice (by accident). Cant enter search codes or anything language choice window. Tried two brand new uni remotes.

QuestionI have only had this tv for 3 months and my screen went blank. The audio is working, but the video went blank and is just a black screen with sound. Why? And is there a feature to fix that, or do I need to take it to best buy to be serviced or replaced?

- Answer We bring ours out in good weather to watch sports. I have a covered patio also but bring it back inside at the end of the day. Don’t want to take a chance with sudden winds or rain.

Questionbought the TV in January, installed Netflix, Apple TV and Prime. Now everything I try to install only shows "app not found". I just paid for 1 year of HBO Max and I can't even watch it on TV. Other as Hulu, fubu. Nothing. And the TV is just 1 month

- Answer Hi Quigz, You can connect an Insignia TV to a games console via HDMI. But the refresh rate on Insignia TVs is only 60Hz. So you won’t be able to take full performance advantage of games that run at 120 fps. This includes the latest titles on the Xbox Series X and the PS5. QuestionHaving trouble deciding on this model or the Toshiba. I have the older model Toshiba Fire Edition 43" (2021, before new engine) and love it, so which has the better picture and sound? This is less expensive obviously, but I want the best.

- Answer Hello Antonio, To check if this is just a minor glitch or an internal problem with the set, we are going to reset the TV internally by draining the power remaining in the power supply. This procedure is called a “power cycle”, and to do so, I will kindly ask you to follow the next set of instructions: 1. Unplug the television from the power outlet. 2. Remove all connections from the back of the television. 3. While everything is unplugged, press and hold the "Power" button on your TV for 60 seconds. 4. Connect all devices back into the television, making sure all of them are properly connected 5. Plug the set to the power outlet, if possible, to a different power outlet or a surge protector 6.
