“My current TV has issues with overscan, where image is cut off. Cuts off menus in video games that are near the edges, ect. Does this TV use overscan? If so, can it easily be turned off when using an HDMI cable for tv/pvr or video game consoles?”

I had the overscan on my previous TV and was unable to read the scrolling, etc going across the bottom of the screen. With this Insignia Smart TV I do not have the problem. Perfect picture Totally pleased with this.
