- Answer This TV appears to only support 120v. There is nothing on the unit that would indicate the ability to support 240v.

QuestionI bought a 4 foot Optical input wires to hook up my Insigna sound bar but when I was putting the wire into the back of my TV the plastic "D" part popped out and now the wire won't stay in securely. Can i replace the input so it will be a tight hold?

- Answer In the settings for the TV, MENU 》CHANNELS, there is an option for "AUDIO ONLY". Check to see if this setting is enabled. If it is, it may be why you are unable to see the video on the screen.

- Answer You need to have a ROKU device. I have the HDMI STICK that is 15years old and it works. So, when you say "basic account", does it mean you don’t use hardware (a physical device) to input into the TV? If so, it won't work. You need a ROKU device that physically plugs into the TV, not just an account.

- Answer Hi. I had the same problem with my TCL 60" TV. Sometimes this happens from overuse (especially if you have kids watching TV 24/7) add that to you times and the TV is basically running 15 hrs everyday. Try this solution, download a free pixel repair software or paid one to your laptop or desktop. Connect a HDMI cable from your computer to the TV. Run the pixel repair program for a few hours. And that's it. try Pixel Réa is a good one. Or a few others, JScreenFix, Aurelitec PixelHealer, UnDeadPixel. I hope this helps.
