Yes of course. In addition to the apps on any roku, roku tvs have apps for cable channels, local over the air channels, game systems and whatever else you may hook up to your tv. For local tv channels go to the app called antenna tv. It'll ask you to scan for local channels to set it up and afterwards you can just go to that app to watch tv anytime.
