• Yes. You need a Desktop or laptop computer with a HDMI output, plus a HDMI cable. If the computer is connected to the internet, the content will appear on this TV. Any downloaded content, (photos, videos, etc.), can also be shown on this TV. However, you must have a HDMI output on the computer.

• It is not a Smart TV, its a no-frills HDTV. You would need to buy another media device. I use a Fire TV Stick and it works great. You can go online using the browser on this, you may want to buy an external keyboard as well.

• It's not a smart TV on its own, so it depends on what external gadget you plug into it that would do the internet surfing for you, and the TV just becomes that device's monitor.
