- Answer I would say it is more matte. it will reflect slightly from bright light sources.

- Answer The Insignia 49.5" HDTV will not sit securely on any width less than 40" which is the span of the legs. The TV itself is 43.5" in width.

- Answer Yes. You need a Desktop or laptop computer with a HDMI output, plus a HDMI cable. If the computer is connected to the internet, the content will appear on this TV. Any downloaded content, (photos, videos, etc.), can also be shown on this TV. However, you must have a HDMI output on the computer.

- Answer Per the manual: • Do not use your TV in areas that are too hot or too cold, because the cabinet may warp or the screen may malfunction. Your TV works best in temperatures that are comfortable to you. • Storage temperatures are 32° to 122°F (0° to 50°C). • Working temperatures are 41° to 104°F (5° to 40°C). • Do not place your TV in direct sunlight or near a heat source. So you should be OK, though the cold end might be a bit too cold for it.

QuestionI bought this tv recently and when the on screen action is bright the picture is great, but when the images are dark (a night scene) it is a blocky, blurry mess. This is the case no matter if TV, DVD, or streaming - not HDMI issue

- Answer It is not a Smart TV, it's a basic no-frills HDTV. To stream shows you would need a Streaming Media Device. Look into getting something like a Fire TV Stick or a Roku stick. They are some of the cheaper on the market (under $50) and work well. You plug it into a power outlet and the TV's HDMI port and set it up and you're off and running.
