• By ''internet ready'' if you are asking if it can be connected to the internet, the answer is that you can use it as a monitor if you have an HDMI output plus a cable for a Desktop or laptop computer. This TV does not have its own internet connection. The Desktop or laptop would need an online connection. For Cable TV, you would need to pay for a Cable TV connection which can be plugged into this TV. Of course, Free TV with an antenna is the least expensive way to go.
