“Aren't you supposed to be able to view clips on a PC? I put the SD card in a computer and I always get an error that the card is unreadable. The cam must be formatting the card in a way that makes it unusable by both Mac and PC. Anyone else have this?”

Hello J, Disconnect the USB connector, restart the computer, and then re-connect the USB connector to the USB port. Sometimes this resets the connection and allows the device to work properly again and read the SD card. Insignia Support Louise www.insigniaproducts.com/support
