- Answer I believe you can do both, use the USB cable to connect to your PC or take out the SD card and insert it onto the SD card slot on your computer.

QuestionWill the rear camera install on a truck rear window that is vertical instead of angled like a car?

- Answer Yes. It will mount on a vertical rear window quite nice. I have it installed on my 2005 GMC Sierra. I get a full view of the bed and it gives a good perspective over the tailgate. What it lacks in wide angle, it makes up in picture clarity. I will warn that water droplets that adhere to the rear window will be an issue until dried up. Window tint doesn’t seem to be a problem either.

QuestionWhat SD card is compatible with this dashcam? I have bought two different SD cards and both caused "Card Error Replace SD Card". I purchased a "ScanDisk Extreme plus 128G", returned it, and bought a "ScanDisk Ultra Plus, 256GB". Both did not work.

- Answer I have an ultra plus 128gb and it reads just fine after formatting. The unit may be faulty if it won’t read multiple cards.

QuestionCan the front camera be mounted upside down? I'm wondering if it will auto rotate or if there is an even a setting for that. I don't want to put this directly on my windshield but it will be suction cupped to the car's middle entertainment screen. TIA

- Answer If you mount the front camera upside-down, the displayed image appears correct on the camera, but the recorded image is inverted. Couldn't find a way to invert the recorded image in standard Windows Media player, although there may be better players available that are able to invert the image.

- Answer Yes, you have to run a cable from the front dash to back window. The cable they supply is long enough for a Toyota 4Runner with length to spare.

- Answer That depends on the memory card. A larger memory card will take longer before it deletes old footage. A small memory card will delete old footage sooner.

- Answer If the camera stays powered, then it will be constantly recording. And if it defects a hard enough bump (ie the car gets hit by another car), it will automatically save that clip. In my experience though, most foreign cars don't power their lighter sockets with the key off, while most American cars do, so keep that in mind if you want the camera on all the time.

- Answer depends on the condition of your battery and how long it sits between being driven, but i have might wired to remain on and have had no issues. car is driven daily though and the battery is new. you can also turn the unit off manually by pressing and holding the menu button. just a tap of the menu button will turn it back on.

QuestionMy car's auxiliary power port ("cigarette lighter") does not cut power after the car is turned off. Is there a way I can trick the camera to use this power source for park-mode? I would rather not have to install an ignition hardwire kit.

QuestionCan you provide a link to the owners manual? The specifications repeatedly state '12 volts'. The USB Specification states output of a USB port is only 5 volts. I don't see any pictures or mention of an included Cigarettes lighter to USB port adapter.

- Answer I have a 3 hole usb cigerette charger plug in and use 2 0f the 3 usb's for the phone and the other usb for the camera and it works fine. Hope this helps. Dont have the manual on hand, sorry
