• There is a dial ranked 1 to 7 with 7 being the coldest My advice would be to try placing your items ontop of another item or box and not directly touching any of the metal sides or bottom. Start at 1 and if that is too warm, proceed higher until you find the number temp you want. NOTE that it can take up to 30 minutes to change the temperature with each higher number
