“What is the maximum temperature this can be set at? I need to hang venison at 34-36 for a couple weeks. If this can refrigerate and then be set to freezing after the buck is processed it would be perfect.”

It’s hard to say. The control dial goes from Min to Max. We currently have it in the middle and the temperature is -10 F.
