“Has anyone measured the temperature with regards to thermostat set point? (say, min= ? degrees, medium=? degrees, Max=? degrees) Trying to figure out where 0 degree is, but I don't have a freezer thermometer.”

middle of dial keeps temperature at -10. freezer is kept in garage where it is hot.
