Mine was delivered by truck and they were ready to unpack it for me as well. I wanted to keep the box in the even there was an issue so I just had them put it in the garage. It's very easy to unpack, just cut open the bottom. To answer your question they should be able to deliver it "contactless" whoever you may need to tell them from afar where to place it outside. They usually call ahead before delivery anyway and you could say something then. I would like it's a little less than 65lbs with packing.
