- A: AnswerYou could place it on a hardwood floor although I would not. The drain is on the front but any drip would end up discoloring the floor. It's best to have some impervious liner. Measure the freezer and look for appliance trays in your local appliance or hardware big box store. They sell then for washing machines and that may just fit your needs.

A: AnswerAs someone who is attempting to use a chest freezer as a inexpensive kegerator, it is infuriating how difficult it is to find internal dimensions on freezers. And then even if you do manage to find internal dimensions, they usually don't add details for the the compressor. After purchasing it based upon guessing dimensions by pictures, I can confirm what Insignia responded with is mostly correct ( 20.3 x 16.7 x 27.5 inches) . This does not include the compressor hump which removes capacity and has a size of 7" x 16.7" x 8" inches. So the left side of the freezer is 13.3"x 16.7" x 27.5" . The right side is 7" x 16.7" x 19.5" . Hope this helps others!Answered by Eddy

A: AnswerI suggest you just keep checking online, that is how I lucked out and got mine, one minute it was out of stock and when I checked a few hours later they had one in stock. the freezer are going as fast as they get them. Also you might want to broaden your surrounding search area, my local store did not have one but a store in a surrounding city did, and they still delivered it to my house. Of course I had to pay a delivery fee but it was worth it. I had the option to pick it up at no fee however, I didn't have a truck to get it.Answered by janfromohio

Great value for the price
Amazing freezer for the value it's priced at. While other reviews have said there are damages, they probably received an open box. I had a sealed/unopened freezer and it came perfect with no dents or nicks at all. Functions perfectly after a couple of months. Definitely invest in this if you want a separate freezer for more storage!

I Love My Deep Freezer!!!!
I purchased a 5.0 Insigna chest type deep freezer, I was skeptical when I first got it because I was not familiar with this brand, but when I got it home and saw how easy it was to set up I was very impressed.I live in an apartment and there's not a lot of spare space but this freezer fits perfectly beside my China cabinet and it looks great too. The price is also great I saved $150.00 on this freezer compared to another brand that I was looking at,same size and color looked the same the only difference was the name.So as you can see I am loving this freezer twice as much as any other. I have had it since 5/22/2020 and have not had any problem It is truly a great little freezer.
