• There is an access door just above where the power cord exits the back of the freezer. Mine had a decal saying "Open here for power cord." You can pry the door open where the arrow indicates - on the right hand side of the access door.

• Follow the arrow to an area to carefully and slowly pry open the bottom half. It opens from the arrow and swings to the left. Don’t pry from the non-arrow side. I would provide a photo but the upload fails…

• The plastic cover on the back has a plastic tab which opens when pushed. You then pull the cord out and align it the cut out to be able to close the plastic cover without damaging it.
