There is an access door just above where the power cord exits the back of the freezer. Mine had a decal saying "Open here for power cord." You can pry the door open where the arrow indicates - on the right hand side of the access door.

Follow the arrow to an area to carefully and slowly pry open the bottom half. It opens from the arrow and swings to the left. Don’t pry from the non-arrow side.

The plastic cover on the back has a plastic tab which opens when pushed. You then pull the cord out and align it the cut out to be able to close the plastic cover without damaging it.

You can use a blade to open the plastic cover.
