“how do you get access to the power cord? I see it's behind a plastic piece, does that get pried off? There are no instructions in the user manual.”

• Yeah, it’s annoying but it does get pried off, Geek Squad told me to just use a flat head, I’m sure by now you figured out though.

• There is a removable cover panel on the back corner of the unit. The power cord is stored in that space Dina | Insignia Support | https://www.insigniaproducts.com/contact-us
