I Do not know the answer to that question. When I saw the freezer in the store it had two baskets when it was delivered it had one basket however the booklet that came with it displayed only one basket in the freezer as well I would call the store and ask.

Yes, you can be able to buy a replacement basket you can check with Pasrtstore.com or specialized stores.  This is the part # for the basket 12932000000583. For the price I really suggest
to check with them.
