“I have this freezer but the top lid has never been fully closed and ice builds up around the back side and I have to remove it often. Can you buy a rubber lining for the lid as it appears to be the problem or could it be something else causing it?”

I would have returned it for a one that closes properly but yes you can buy a new seal

Please try again later.First make sure that you don’t overfill it in have anything blocking your lid from closing all the way… The second thing is to make sure that your freezer tray is sitting correctly and that it is not overfilled… The door should shut unless someone dropped it and damaged it… and last… The freezer should be sad on the factory recommend it setting…
