“I got my deep freezer June 18 and now it’s June 23, and the power light isn’t working anymore. I unplugged it for 5 minutes and then plugged it back in and the light won’t come on. Has this happened to any one else? I'll be calling Best Buy in the A.M.”

On the power cord there is a connector with a cover. I had to open cover push the connector firmly together and snap the cover back down.
