• No, this unit doesn't have wheels and no drip pan. This freezer has 2 adjustable feet.

• This chest freezer is not on wheels, and there is no drip pan but the drainage whole is high enough for you to put your own pan down. I have had the freezer for under a month and have not yet defrosted but, it doesn't look as if it would be messy.
