QuestionOur rear speakers dont not allow any voices to be heard. They both just blare music/background noice only. We have adjustrd all volumes and still no voices can be heard. Please help. We just bought this yesterday and need to be able to hear yhe voices

- Answer You would have to set audio to 2 channel stereo only. All sound decoders like dolby and dts don't output diaglogue through surround speakers.

QuestionCan the rear speakers be mounted to the wall or ceiling? I don’t have a shelf for the two small rear ones so they would be going up above/behind the couch on the wall or ceiling.

- Answer Sort of. There is an ability to set the surround sound level (-5 to +5 ) relative to the master volume. Once you set the relative surround sound level, changes to the master volume are reflected in all speakers maintaining the relative sound levels.
