with plenty of clearance on sides and back The Top however actually stays cool to the touch.

A:AnswerDo not buy this appliance! It's a discontinued appliance they are trying to get rid of. Ours was broke out of the box and customer service with best buy was extremely poor as they will not help you out with a discontinued item. Don't buy!

A:AnswerIt depends on how you use it. The frost builds up from moisture in the air. So if you are in it several times a day and have the door open for longer periods of time you will have to do it more often. With typical use, about once a year.
A:AnswerYou have to unplug the freezer. Pull the drain plug. Remove the food and store someplace to keep cold. You can you warm water on the shelves to speed up the process. When thawed wipe down the inside of the freezer and shelves to dry. Do not use a knife to scrape the shelves this could damage the shelves. Once thawed and dried put the drain plug back it plug in the unit and replace the frozen food. If additional information is needed please check out the internet. I hope this answers your question.
