Hi Sarah, Mine is inside but I have kept a fridge this side outside for years with no problems. All this really is, is a fridge with a hole cut in top for the tower mounting the taps. The only issue you may run into is that the beer lines run from the keg to the tap through the tower. The tower and the lines will get warm. You want to get some foam insulation for the tower and a little electric “tower cooling fan” that blows the cold refrigerated air up the tower keeping the beer lines and the taps. This prevents foaming on the first beer you pour. Here’s one on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Coldtower-Kegerator-Upgraded-MAXIMUM-cooling/dp/B00OZPJ9X0/ref=asc_df_B00OZPJ9X0/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=198078807540&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=8979125627255491943&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9010526&hvtargid=pla-319252289480&psc=1&mcid=33facb88cd0e330f803b6b50b3f9a0b5&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI0d7Fss_KggMV401HAR1Rgw30EAQYAiABEgL4gPD_BwE
