“When trying to install the kegerator I ran into an issue with trying to assemble the draft arm. I followed the instructions but when trying to secure and twist the draft arm it does not lock into place. Has anybody come across this issue?”

Don't bother calling product support about this issue. They will read you direct from the install guide, that is, after 5 minutes of questions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yeah you have to twist it hard almost to the point where you feel like you might break it. just make sure it is properly alinged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to use groove joint pliers with a towel and to get the draft arm to install. It doesn't line up if tightened completely so I just leave it in the middle. Works without issue. You will want to add a draft tower cooler as well. Great unit for the price.
