“I have the CO2 at 8-10, but everytime I pour a beer or 2 the pressure drops to 0. I checked it 24 hours later, and it's still close to 0.Is this a problem with the regulator or do we need to increase the pressure? Thinking the pressure should recover.”

• If your gauge is still near 0 you may have a leak and are out of air. That happened to us with our first tank because we didn't realize we had a leak. Pressure should be between 10-12 according to my beer man that was very helpful with our setup.
