QuestionI have the CO2 at 8-10, but everytime I pour a beer or 2 the pressure drops to 0. I checked it 24 hours later, and it's still close to 0.Is this a problem with the regulator or do we need to increase the pressure? Thinking the pressure should recover.

- Answer If your gauge is still near 0 you may have a leak and are out of air. That happened to us with our first tank because we didn't realize we had a leak. Pressure should be between 10-12 according to my beer man that was very helpful with our setup.

QuestionDoes the CO2 tank come already filled? Or do we need to have it filled? I believe I have everything hooked up correctly, but when opening the tank and the hose valve, the pressure gauge shows zero.

- Answer The CO2 tank is empty. You’ll need to get it filled or purchase a pre-filled tank.

QuestionHas anyone tried to get 3 1/6 kegs, or 2 1/6 and a 1/4 keg to fit successfully? I don't want to buy the kegs if I can't fit them in the fridge.

- Answer Increase the CO2 pressure. It has to be around 8 to 10 lbs. You will continue to adjust the CO2 pressure

QuestionI unplugged Keg to pull it out to check temp and NOW it will not power on. Is there a manual restart? Is there something else to try. This is barely a year old and it SHOULD not be happening for this product this soon. Severely disappointed.

- Answer We had the same problem. According to the manual you need to wait 5-min before trying to plug it back in. We actually had to wait 10-min. It did work though!
