- Answer 35.5 inches on wheels with out the tower. 48 inches with the tower, but without the handle. My handle is a little longer than the one provided, 54 inches with the handle

QuestionThe back panel of our keg is frozen. We have it set to 4 and the kegerator is warm inside except the back panel is literally frosted like snow. We have had issues with the keg freezing and have taken it out. Help?

- Answer The Kegerator has a warranty. They can probably fix it at BestBuy. If not, there’s a trouble shooting section in the book that came with the Kegerator. Also, there’s a 800 number you can call for help.

- Answer Back off the pressure in small increments. If the pressure is too low, you will see bubbles in the beer line directly above the coupler when drawing.

- Answer The warranty on this is actually pretty good. We had our kegerator almost 2 years and it started to leak. Called the Geek Squad and they said to come in to the store. When we showed up, they told us they don’t have the right personnel to repair the unit... so they ordered us a brand new one! No charge!! AND, when the new one showed up we purchased another warranty and started the 2 year process all over again. Absolutely satisfied with the warranty!

QuestionI got this kegerator for my birthday. I can't get the temperature to rise above 24 degrees. Line is frozen. I've backed it down over last 2 days. Now on 1. I unplugged for 10 min and plugged back in. Maybe it reset. Any suggestions?
