QuestionBuying this as a gift, what else do I need to buy to use it? Read about thermometers on here? Other items? Also, is the CO2 tank full? Says tank included, but not sure if I’ll have to fill it first. Thank you!! Any insight and tricks of the trade welcome!

- Answer CO2 is empty. They aren’t allowed to ship them full. Whenever I went and bought my keg I just traded it out for a full one for $20. Besides the refill and the keg I didn’t buy anything else. I set the pressure to about 9.5 though since the 10-12 kept giving a lot of foam.

QuestionI installed the kegerator and everything, but when I turn on the CO2 and open the valve, the PSI jumps to 16-18. I turn the adjuster nut, but I can't get the PSI to move at all. Obviously, with such a high pressure, the beer is nothing but foam. Help!

- Answer Yes, I would pull the release valve and release all the pressure. After letting go of the release valve though it would jump back up in PSI.

QuestionI saw this unit at the store but could not find where the temperature adjustment know is located. How do you adjust the temperature setting on this model? Is it the same as the 2 tap model as well? The two tap is online only by me.

QuestionAll of a sudden my keg is not pouring beer. Gas is fine, there’s beer that is not frozen, the coupler is on tight etc. Any ideas?

- Answer Check ur beer line it’s frozen mine did it to me my temperature was turn up to 6 and my beer line was leaning against my Keg was ice up.

Questioncan I use it outside in my outdoor kitchen and how much clearance I need to leave for ventilation behind the fridge, or should I add an opening in my bar for a vent? will it be too hot outside (SC) in the summer for this fridge? thanks

- Answer I wouldnt put it outside. It's not designed for outside use. Thr loeer back where the temputarue knob is located is exposed. The electricsl compoonents arent weatherproof. I dont the think compressor can handle the extreme temperature conditions.

- Answer I would check the seal on the door and make sure the rubber plug is in the co2 hole in the back. Sounds like it's running all the time.

QuestionIs there an easy way to remove the temperature control from the rear of the unit and extend it far enough to adjust it from the front? I have this installed in a bar and have to take the tower apart to change the temperature.

- Answer I’d say get an inkbird temp control unit. You plug the fridge power cord into it instead of the wall. You can set it for a specific temperature and when it achieves that temp it cuts power to the fridge. Then if it exceeds the temp it’ll kick back in again.

- Answer 5 lb CO2 tank; comes empty. Easy to get filled, I go to an industrial gas supplier who keeps properly inspected, filled tanks in stock. No waiting. This is a very well made, solid, reliable machine. Your boyfriend will probably propose to you after drinking the beer.

- Answer Contact the manufacturer, they’ll tell you that its cheaper and easier to buy it with the double tap already on it instead of buying the conversion kit.

QuestionRegulator is turned all the way down but the pressure keeps raising fast. Is it a faulty regulator or am I doing something wrong?

- Answer Set the regulator to zero, pull the pressure relief pin a few times then readjust slowly until you hit 8-10 psi. If to still climbs could be faulty regulator or leak in your CO2 lines.

Questionjust purchased and after 2 days of adjusting all I get is foam . psi is at 12 temp is around 38 at the bottom and 42 at the top . I have the temp knob on 6 . what can I do

- Answer Check all of your fittings and turn your CO2 all the way down until nothing comes out, then gradually work CO2 back up to 7 or 8 PSI.
