Please try again later.The Insignia reply is the closest to being accurate, but they discount the point that some frying pans and the like can be very expensive and of high quality. If you are not restricted in your choice by size, my advice is to get one that is really cheap (like this one on sale) and use it as a learning tool to figure out what you need and what the advantages and disadvantages of various features and design elements are. That is what I did.
