I have only used it on a 110 v and yes it will make the "smushy".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I Do not know anything about the Insignia personal blender, but to begin with I am not an expert on Voltage conversion adapters. If at all possible take the Blender into Best Buy and see what they can work out for you. I have had nothing but good things to say about their expert help. As the song says "The Sun will come Up Tomorrow".
