A:AnswerNo you might need to get it checked. Mine always starts up normal at the start screen and does not turn off till I turn it off. You might first check the settings and make sure that the screen saver is not set to a low setting.
A:AnswerI am unsure why. I have xfinity cable. I set it up as cable box once I found which hdmi port I had used during the tv set up. It works well. Make sure you have your cable box hdmi going to hdmi out is all I can think of. My son put that in the wrong spot one day.
A:AnswerI suggest contacting the manufacture and letting us know the result. This doesn't seem normal after the first few days out of the box (in my experience).
