QuestionWhat yhe heck? This hunk of junk is 2 yrs old, I barely ever watch TV and the stupid thing no longer works! The image glitches and is so bad I cannot watch anything. The entire screen 8s messed up. What can I do with this? Can it even be repaired?

QuestionJust got this TV a few days ago. When I play any UHD movie on any app the TV dulls the colors. If I change it to HD it looks great. Is this a problem with my TV or a setting I need to change and if it’s a setting how do I turn this feature off?

- Answer It may just be the tv. I noticed when I watch some 4k movies it drops pixels sometimes and others it doesn't.

QuestionI left town for a week and when I returned, my tv screen is now very dark and flicker. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I've done a reset, change the outlet, and tried to edit the picture settings, but the tv won't let me scroll to picture settings..
