A:AnswerHello I had the same exact thing to me , just order another fire tv remote and it’s an easy setup if there is a set bottom hold down and let go a couple of times , if not the power button and the setup screen will promptly

A:AnswerIt looks like it didn’t work for me with this TV when I tried to airplay using Prime app. Contacted amazon and they said they are opening a ticket for that. But I don’t have problems with YouTube or Spotify or Pandora from the same iPhone to the same TV. Then again, the way it works is not like you stream on iPhone and transmit to the TV. The app on iPhone connects to the app on TV, which actually streams from internet, and you just control it from your phone. So what you mean by “airplay” might be different.
