Can this be used outdoors? null

I’ve used it outdoors with no problem. During a family cookout we used it by plugging it to an extension cord from inside the house.

For occasional use, probably. It's pretty light duty, looks like 16/3. For more than running power outside for an afternoon gathering or something, I'd suggest something more heavy duty.
