QuestionHow does the TV work while watching a movie from a DVD or Blueray player, sound quality and lag time??

- Answer Depends on the equipment and connectors in your setup. For me the picture is of good quality and while using the DVD/ Blu-Ray player at our business I experienced no lag. We used an Insignia sound bar and a Samsung Blu-Ray player. The play back is average and acceptable, especially when you consider the price.

- Answer Hello - The 'Input/Power button is located on the Back of the lower right corner of the TV about halfway between the right bottom leg and the outside edge of the tv..Just place your finger back there and you will feel a 'raised' button..Hope this helps!..OH-AND..To turn the TV on, push it quickly once, to to turn the TV off, HOLD the button in until it shuts off, because if you just hit the button once quickly when on, it will just bring up the 'input' menu...

QuestionCan you place the feet of the TV in multiple positions closer to the center, or is the only spot for them towards the outer edge? If so, what is the best way of propping it up on a smaller surface?

- Answer There is only one position for the feet. If you do not want to mount on a wall and would rather stand the TV on a smaller surface, you may want to use a shelf board or something similar that is long enough for the feet to stand on and place that on the smaller surface

- Answer This TV does not have an RCA "In" or RCA "out" jack. It has composite audio out (a red connector and a white connector), which you can connect to the audio "in" on your audio receiver. Better to connect your subwoofer to your audio receiver, and choose "external speakers" or "external sound" on the TV's setup menu under "Sound." Or even easier, buy a soundbar which has a built-in subwoofer. Insignia probably makes one, or Vizio, Samsung, or LG. Check out soundbars on the Best Buy website.

- Answer Try the Google Chromecast, which you can buy at Best Buy for about $35. It should work with YouTube and your phone.

QuestionThis question is for the Geek Squad. I have a 55 inch insig. It stop working it. Have vertical lines only. It's impossible for me to bring it back to the states. I'm in Costa Rico. Can I bring the PC board or some part back so you can check it out.
