A:Answer Yes, but think about it: IF the bolt pattern on back of tv fits, ok. Then, think about how you mounted the bracket to the wall: is it secure? Are you sure you hit studs in the wall w/bolts/screws? (Not just drywall anchors!).... Is the new tv lighter or heavier than the old 50"? If same or nearly same weight, you have no problem IF bolt patterns fits.
