- Answer No, you cannot add a webcam to this TV and you cannot download the Zoom app. You could try to connect your mobile devices to the HDMI inputs on the TV.

QuestionDo you have to register your device with Amazon to use over wifi for streaming to use other apps like Disney+ and Netflix etc? I received this as a gift and do not want to use Alexa at all.

- Answer An Amazon account is required to download apps. If you don't want to register the TV you can skip connecting to the internet and hook up another streaming device to the HDMI input on the TV.

QuestionI bought a 58 inch Insignia TV in November. We are noticing that the sound goes off for a few minutes but the show continues playing with no sound and then it comes back on. What can I do about this ? Other than this problem the TV shows beautifully.

- Answer First, go Home > Settings > Display and Sounds > HDMI CEC Device Control and turn ON. Then, go Home > Settings > Display and Sounds > Audio Output > Turn TV Speakers OFF and Select Digital Audio Format Auto. Is the 3.5 mm Audio Output having the same issue?
