    • Answer Try to update the TV software. Sometimes when an update is imminent the TV will do some odd things in the menu system. Also if you have other things connected like a PS5 or other streaming stick , they can interfere with the actual television system software. The update in system settings menu usually fixes the problem. Also try a hard reset by turning off and unplugging for a few min. I believe these have a cash memory and if it gets full it will slow down the TV.

    • Answer Basically it means you can hang it outside as long as it has protection from rain and snow. A selling gimick. I wouldn't put it out fully exposed during a rainstorm and expect it to work at all. Its still an electronic device.
