A:AnswerHi.
If the broken cable had a 3.5 mm jack on BOTH ends, then this is the cable for you 100%.

A:AnswerIt is possible. It depends on the input setting you use for the TV.
Is you are using HDMI. I would say it wont work together.
If using a VGA or DVI cable there is a good chance.
RGB connector yes.
RCA not so sure.
Getting the sound with the video is the challenge you need to determine when the TV will look to analog for its input.
Sometimes you have to try it
A:AnswerI don’t think so. RCA is a different type of plug that will not properly connect your devices. The ground pole is different. 3.5 the jack is inserted into the jack where RC has one piece the goes internally and another piece that wraps around the jack.
A:AnswerAs long as both components have a 3.5mm female jack it should work. This is the shortest one I found in store. May be a shorter one at online line store
A:Answeryes connect 1 end to the Bose sound system and the other to the TV they both must have the 3.5mm usually the circular insertion hole outlined with green and some times not.
