YES IT CAN IT WILL WORK WHEREEVER YOU LIE IT, MOUNTED ON THE WALL, ON ITS SIDE OR JUST STANDING UP ... IT'S A GREAT !

Yes. We used Command Velcro strips to secure it out of the way of table top space. Keeps wires out of the way too.

Charging stand has a base that can be attached for it to be in an upright position. Leave the removable base off and it can be on it's side.

as long as it's plugged into a power source and your cables are plugged in, it'll work at any angle or position
