I'm the one that asked this question in the first place and I ended up order a set of 6 Qt generic blue and green gaskets from Amazon and they fit perfectly! So no, the Insignia Multi Cooker is not unless after the gasket needs to be replaced, others will fit it.

We are happy with this Insignia pot, but quickly realized the need for multiple seals (if you plan to cook both savory and sweet). With only one seal, the savory flavor takes over (being absorbed in the seal) and ruins the flavor of anything sweet or mild flavored thereafter. We were very disappointed when we contacted the company to purchase an additional seal...to also be told they will not sell individual seals to us.
