“I want to know what the parts that hold food are made of. I like that the product is not non stick because that non stick coating is toxic and ends up in the food. If they are aluminum I would not purchase.”

• non stick and aluminum pan, but you can use your own. I use it all the time, no big oven to heat quicker cook times start to finish
