“I have connected both computers but only the LOCAL HOST window appears after I run the EASYSUITE.exe. There is not a REMOTE HOST window showing the files I wish to transfer?”

• I've found that I needed to open EasySuite.exe on both computers to see the Local and Remote Hosts. If I closed the program/window on either end, it'd revert back to only showing the Local Host screen.

• The software should be installed on both computers. I never use it to hook two computers together. I use it to hook an external hard drive to a computer take what I want from there and then use the external hard drive to transfer information to other devices or computers.
